While looking for some other bulbs, I came across this site:

I have not ordered from these folks, but have had good luck with Hella and Osram products for years. Their shipping terms are good too, better than the eBay folks. Note that Hella has moved yellow bulb production to India, due to the use of cadmium in the making of the yellow tint.
EDIT: Anyone know if the Indian prodction is by Autopal for Hella?
http://www.autopal.com/ They both list similar lighting and horn products. I have bought Autopal lights in the past, they were of fine quality for the price. Also note the oval Hella and Autopal logos on the lenses look a bit similar....

I do have a set of the yellow "sock" covered H4 bulbs from France, probably about 20 years old, still in the boxes. I had them in a Merc 300D until I figured I was too tempting to the cops.
