Jazz CVT to Fit Auto, Possible?

I drive city a LOT so as such am going for the CVT jazz (older model).

However im worried about its reliability.

After a lot of research it seems its pretty fault free. Every complaint on the JAZZ was before HONDA AUSTRALIA got the CVT fluid in, so everyone was using Z1 (took a few years for them to import it).

But just in case, I was wondering if the Auto gearbox found on the USA FIT is able to be direct swapped for the UK\AUS JAZZ CVT?

I know manual is a LOT of work to swap over, so how about this? mainly curious is all.

It might be just as big a headache as swapping your CVT for a self-shifter. You'll probably need a new ECU for the torque-converter A/T.

Only real "saving" I can find is that you don't have to swap pedal assemblies, but I could still be wrong. The US Fits have drive-by-wire throttles - do you have the same type in Australia or do you have good old cable-actuated throttles like ours?
