Weird hyper blink when parking lights are on even with load resistors

So I installed load resistors to my front signal lights.

When parking lights are off, they both blink normal (individually).

However, when parking lights are on, the left signal will hyperblink.

It's odd because it only happens when the parking lights are set to on.

I have had the load resistors on there for a few weeks. When I first installed them, I had this same problem on that same signal. We fixed the problem by replace the load resistor with another one. After a few weeks, we decided to clean up some of the wiring. After that clean up is what resulted today. Sometimes playing with one of the couplers would make it blink normally, but not permanently. Can anyone explain what is going on, and how to fix this? Thanks
