fit start up clutch problem

I have a 1.3 idsi CVT Fit
Recently i have been experiencing a judder when taking off especially when on a slope or under heavy acceleration. i took the car to the dealers and they told me it was the start up clutch which was faulty. i changed the ATF fluid using HONDA CVTF but the problem still persists.. any information on this anyone? is there a repair kit for it? the dealers say i need a transmission change..

thanks

Honda dealers can remove and replace just the start up clutch without having to change the whole CVT. Are you sure you have the latest version of the HONDA CVT fluid made just to correct this problem?

yeah i checked it myself and had it changed at the dealers. It was definetly HONDA CVTF- white bottle with red and black letterings on it. im not sure if it is the latest one that was made to correct this problem though..The dealers told me that the start up clutch repair kit was not available for the FIT as yet.. if you have a picture of the new CVTF bottle could you post it please..
Do you think its bad to continue to drive the car with this problem?
could i damage anything else further?

thanks
