3rd/high mount brake light question

My 2008 Honda Fit 'failed' inspection last week because of my 3rd brake light. (I know the mechanic and I promised to fix it right away so he let it pass)

Looking online, it seems like it should be a simple bulb change, but my car is different, it has 6 little bulbs? (one is out)

Is this some sort of stupid aftermarket light? Has anyone seen this before? Any easy way to fix one bulb or do I need to buy a whole new mount?

Thank you all in advance!

That definitely is not stock, and that single led likely isn't easily replaceable. Best bet would be to revert to stock.

Does the part I labeled "1" fit right into the new mount/holder that holds the bulb?

If not, how hard is the part I labeled "2" to wire in?
(Im horrible at electrical stuff/soldering/etc.)

Thanks again!

Sorry, meant to reply sooner. That should be what you need but you might try finding one with the harness still attached or at least a bit more wire to work with,

I think that linked ebay item is what you need. The connector I labeled 1 below looks to be the same one that you labeled 1. I think you can just unplug your existing brake light at 1, and plug that into the oem part.
