Unhappy Idle problems

Good day. Hope you are well. I have a 2007 Honda jazz 1.4 Dsi. I bought it a few months ago. i had to redo the engine and since then. the car is struggling to stay on idle it will work for a few days and then it just dies when I step on the clutch. We have plugged it in and it had 2 error codes one for a faulty sensor and the other for the tappets ( that we have fixed). we have cleaned the Throttle body 2 days ago but today it died again. Everytime my Mechanic works on it to see what it might be it works for a few days and then it starts giving the same problem. we have plugged it in again but there are no errors anymore. we have set the idle on the throttle body then it worked for 2 days. we have washed the Throttle body 2 days ago. but today it started dying again

How many miles on it and when was the last time the valves were adjusted? My 2007 started to die when I would stop at a traffic light or stop sign when it was cold. This was around 110k. I adjusted the valves and problem went away.
