PCV Valve Replacement

I just got a new PCV valve and the bolts for the intake manifold since they looked pretty worn. Looked for a PCV valve replacement here and couldn't find it, I have a 10mm socket and a 17mm deep socket for the PCV, needle nose pliers, and anti seize. Anything else I need to know or is their a guide somewhere? If not, I'll try and make one tomorrow when I'm doing the job.

Ah, you're in "post." Always a creative moment. Think Marty Scorsese, Spielberg, that guy who did Iron Man . . . .

Hows the before/after? My car's eating quite a bit of oil for only (supposedly) 160k km / 100k miles and other than shot pison rings, this seems like the only other explanation, since there aren't massive oil leaks anywhere.

Edit: also, what's the part number? For some reason I can't find it anywhere on the diagram or local parts stores.
Edit 2: Ahh I think I found it: 17130-PWA-003, right? For some reason there are absolutely no OEM or aftermarket parts for this number. I suppsoed there's always the dealer.

I ended up finding the valve on ebay but haven't installed it yet as it's cold outside. A video would help minimize the time I'm freezing thogh
