The 2007 advertised hitch is laughable. Are the later hitches that mount to either side of the car, as opposed to the center spare tire well compatible with the 1st gen? I'll be pulling a 13f Gheenoe, a 15'6 Classic, as well as a small utility trailer. It's a manual car, I'm fully aware of the dangers to the drivetrain, and know how to properly weight a trailer for driving stability. Thanks for any advice in advance! I'll be doing quite a bit of DIY with this, so look forward to some threads with mechanical repairs and whatnot.
