I have searched around the web, but can not find a picture of the actual assembly for this mount as it came oem installed on the car, the aftermarket *replacement* ones seem to have 2 options 1. just the mount itself, and 2. a self contained unit with the post mount bracket.

I have looked high and low in my garage and must have tossed the oem mount, *was broken anyways* can the bracket to that mount in the oem configuration be seperated, there is no part number for just the bracket that i can find anywhere, which is strange, because there are replacement mounts, and then whole mounts with the post bracket.

Does anyone have a Manual trans passenger mount they can take a picture of. Mine needs to be replaced since i threw it away, lulz.

the only option i can find with the bracket is around 200+$ i have replaced the rear trans/ driver engine and lower tq mount. but would like to figure out a solution for this bracket. thanks again.

 

i already have a replacement for the mount from parts geek, and another whole unit on order w/bracket/post-mount *possibly from china, might never get it. should probably cancel that order* so i guess Im looking to see the bracket that is/was part of the oem mount.

 

I can take a picture of my engine bay and how the mount is installed on the car if that'll help you

i think this is what im after, does this look like the ones you guys have on your cars?. the brackets should be the same auto to manual.. its the mount that is different correct?. thanks

This is what the passenger side (right side) engine mount looks like on my 2008 sport 5MT.
it is the mount closest to the timing chain, let me know if this helps or answers your question.

 

yeah thanks, that doesnt strike me as familiar at all , but then again I dont have the mount anymore so, we shall see what the one i ordered looks like. in the picture above i ordered the mount pair, *although i only need one, i am assuming the bracket will be similiar to the one you have and i can use the mount that i have ordered previously .

 

i vaguely remember that cast metal retainer piece, doesnt much matter now, i shall figure it out. if not ill order the innovative one. but ill post pics and keep yall updated. i have some pics i need to post up from my rebuild, hopefully it runs ;-)

 

well i finally found one, i scoured the interwebz and managed to find one and land it. im really happy i have solved the riddle of the missing mount bracket, lol damn .. that was rough. for anyone that encounters this. innovative does sell their bracket and mount together. .. aside from the innovative mount kit. ... just thought i'd pop in and keep ya updated..

So, when we are talking about this kind of motor mount, we are talking about the bracket that bolts to the side of the engine, then the rubber part and the black (in your picture) metal part that bolts t the bracket? Is that right? Just truing to understand. Thanks.
