AC fan super loud

Finally got my car on the road after 6 years in my garage. Everything is working mint. The HSD coilovers held up nice.

i noticed something when I run my fan on setting 3 and 4. It’s so damn loud. On level 2 it’s not as loud but it’s crazy, it’s a wild rumbling noise. I took out the cabin air filter and noticed something was living in there. I cleaned it all out by getting my hand a a vacuum where the cabin air filter goes. But the fan still sounds super loud. Anyone have any suggestions of what that could be? And how would I get in there to inspect the fan itself? Do I have to take apart the dash itself, or is there a way to access the fan from behind the glovebox?

Any tips to get it cleaned out? Or just run the fan hoping it breaks it all up? Guess I’ll need to change the cabin filter again then eh?

How does one get in there to remove the blower fan? Do I have to take apart the entire dash or is there a way from behind the glove box near the cabin air filter?
