crank, no start

Trying to fix daughter's 2008 Fit that she wants to run forever (225k now. Today she could not start it. I assume it tries to turn over as she also tried to jump it with a friends car and another's battery pack. I will know for sure when I drive an hour tomorrow to check it out and will bring a battery jumper. I'm suspecting it could be fuel pump or fuse/relay perhaps, any thoughts on what is most likely. I'll listen to see if my old hears can hear the prime hum, and if I don't should my finger be able to feel the relay click when I turn the car on? Any advise or thread on how best to diagnose? I also thought it could be the immobilizer as I know that a transponder problem will set that off too (once when I changed fob housing, I first failed to transfer the transponder chip and this happened a few years ago). Wonder if any easy way to be sure its not the immobilizer, before a shop starts replacing things in search of a cure. But mostly think I need best steps to rule in/out fuel pump or fuses/relay (know how to look at fuses, so really just how to determine if relay or fuel pump is the problem. I imagine a fuel pump is costly for a shop to do...but probably more than I can do on the street in the city in front of my daughter's apartment...haha. Any thoughts or advise on how to proceed. Thanks much.
P.S. Can someone also confirm the location of the Fuel Pump relay..I believe its a PGM-F1, but have seen two different interior fuse box designs...one where the fuel pump relay a red one and one where its a blue one. (I haven't yet looked at the car fuse box, but thought I'd ask).

Thanks. The relays have been misidentified in some places and videos online. Turns out our problem was the key chip and immobilizer activated. A Mobile locksmith saved the day!
