Has anyone found replacement carpet?

Has anyone found a good solution for replacement carpet?

Would be fantastic to find a custom, molded carpet source, a professional shop doing custom carpets, or a good quality carpet supplier and a DIY.

I've spent a lot of time trying to find a source for replacement carpet as mine is shot. It was really cheap, poor quality carpet anyway, so I'm not surprised. I did buy a carpet from a junk yard, and while it's a little better, it also is significantly worn. There are companies manufacturing replacement carpet, but they make carpets for Accords, Civics, and other models, but not for the Fit. One company I called said it cost about $10k or more to make a carpet mold for a certain model car, and thus they'd need a hundred or more sales for that model to make it worth making a mold, so they're not likely going to be making any soon.

I appreciate any connections, success stories, etc. I'm in Orlando, FL area, however, I'm willing to shop nationwide for a good quality carpet supplier.

could a specialist in upholstery not make a patch to replace the busted up parts?

Or what about a hat maker? The are used to using steam and heat to form felt like materials. It probably wouldnt be super cheap but anything beats 10k! There is a part number to buy it right from Honda but I think it’s like 5-600$.
