Please Help---Car not turning over-- antitheft issue??

07 GD3
So I had been living out of my Fit until this past December. The alternator went out, lost my delivering job as a result. This forced me into a homeless shelter. I managed to drive it here. It has been parked and I haven't started it since December. I have zero income right now, I'm disabled, waiting on that long process to get SSI.
Was told the other day that I needed to prove the car works, or it will be towed.
So the battery was dead, obviously, and tested bad. It was replaced under warranty. New battery installed. My key fob doesn't work, and the only key hole, drivers door, isn't working. I had to take the door panel off and remove the switch to manually disarm the factory antitheft. After all that nonsense, the car will not turn over. The starter does spin, it's new. But no fire to the plugs, which are also new along with the new coilovers.
I'm frustrated. I just need to be able to start my car and move it to another spot until I have the funds for the new alternator.
Please and thanks for any guidance!

Check fuses. Start with the ones at the battery positive terminal.

The starter is a "dumb" circuit. There's no computers or control modules that control the starter. The battery, two big fuses (#1 in the battery terminal box, #60 in the dash box), the ignition switch, starter cut relay (controlled by the clutch safety switch or park/neutral switch), the starter, and the wiring between them are everything that's involved. Point being, the starter function isn't a good measure of electrical system health.

Keyless entry and the immobilizer are both handled by a single dedicated control unit, so that's worth checking. Fuse #1 at the battery terminal, and dash fuses #1, #20 and #60.

What else is or is not getting power in the car? Any dash warning lights you don't recognize? Lights on or off that you don't usually see?

Alternators are highly serviceable. If you have access to tools, you may be able to rebuild the alternator for under $50.
The most common failure is worn brushes and/or contact rings. The main symptom there is the battery light coming on at idle speeds but going off at higher engine speeds. It gradually takes higher and higher engine speeds to make the light turn off until it won't turn off at all. At that point the car's electrical system is running purely on battery power. When the battery runs out of power, electrical accessories start cutting out and then the engine stalls with not enough power left to run the starter. When a car battery is left completely dead, days are ticking off its life in hours - they really don't like being deep-discharged and should be stored fully charged.
