First gen transmission rebuild guide?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a transmission book for online guide for the 1st gen manual. The smjm transmission. I'm attempting to do a rebuild and would feel a lot more comfortable if I had an official Honda or Haynes style book.

Boom.

Not the best, but rich text helped find the right page. 7A starts on Page 183.

The guide was very helpful.

Yes it was very helpful. I'm actually about to use it now again because I'm going back inside the transmission to finish the repair I did last time. Never-ending job with this car. I am wondering if anyone knows outside of Honda directly where to get the synchro mesh syncros, S I'm not looking to pay $800 for the syncros.
