Advance Clutch Technology

Emailed ACT yesterday to see if they were gonna make a performance clutch for the Honda fit.

Here is the response:

Thank you for your email and interest in ACT products. Unfortunately we do not currently offer any clutch kits for the specific application requested. I am however making a note of this email and if and when we do offer a kit for your vehicle, I will send you out a press release. If you have any questions, please contact me using the information provided below.

I was in contact with their general manager last year, Arguing that they had made the Clutch and Flywheel for the skunk2/kraftwerks Fit and they could easily make another one for production! ultimately I dont think they want to.

I emailed nearly all the major name brand company's about a year ago about making a clutch kit. Most told me they would look into, but they currently were not.

I dont see why they wouldnt? Did anyone mention that the average clutch life on the Fit disc is crap?
Why would Fidanza make a flywheel and not an ACT clutch as a pair?
I thought they always did this.....
