oops, i meant for oil change
other companies call it a maintenance minder light... sorry for the confusion
Let me rephrase the question: "What mileage did the car tell you it was time for the second oil change?"

I just did my second service, B & 1 at 12,500 miles.
When this comes up, be sure to call around for a quote. Most of the stuff is quick and easy and you can do it yourself. But it's freezing here right now and I didn't feel like doing it.
The dealer I bought my car from quoted me $160 ($130 without the tire rotation).
I called another dealer who quoted me $50 ($30 without tire rotation). But they had a coupon on their website, so I got the tire rotation thrown in, $30 total.

What the heck do they do???
B1 is pretty much oil change and inspection. Just change your oil and reset the light. Mine came on 12,500-13,500, but the car sees all highway pretty much. Its over 18k now and shows 40% left on oil minder. Pretty good lil tool. I stretch the oil changes longer on my fit than any other vehicle.
I got my first maintenance reminder of B 1 at 19,200mi and bought the car at 14,200mi. An oil+filter change plus tire rotation cost me $34.75 at the Honda Dealer in my town. I don't know how a dealer can get away with $160 and keep customers.
