^o^ D.I.Y Vertically @ rear wiper :: FIT & JAZZ :: GD

now you see the bolt,
remove it with 10mm shock

then just remove your wiper n
you should see like this

now we remove the parts that are
attached the black plastic cover

then remove this 2 pins

then after you pull of the black cover

you should see your wiper motor,
remove the three bolt n
the wire cable holding the wiper
motor on your car

now we already remove the motor
there's 4 bolt holding this cover

now this is what you should see,
there should be a plastic pin on the red arrow,
mine don't have because mine is
already being break off...

See the white gear, got 2 holes,
1 is which the arm rest in,
the other got a plastic knob,
break it off & take it out
then put e metal arm
below where u break e plastic knob ...

then remove the metal bar
and move the small metal
which i pointed with arrow

from left to right

you should get this result
& now we put back the metal bar
after that install back everything

you nozzle spray

that is n hose inside just pull out e hose then u can c n nut
( e nut is inside hose ) but u must add n rubber spacer
bcos u need e high so e sprinkler can work well ^_^

Your rear wiper will nest/start from the vertical position rather than horizontal. Its JDM Yo! LOL

that would suck in snow belt states as that blade will aways get
into the way when you want to remove the snow/ice.

but in warmer climates could be pretty cool.

I did the vertical wiper delete and I LOVED it cause it help from dirt accumulating on it. I just did the delete though cause I have a spoon spoiler and it hits.

Pros:
No dust collection

Cons:
When you spray the nozzle, water shoots down to far and gets
a lot of the car wet, since the wiper is out of the original position,
it does not collect the water as it used to.

It's actually not that much work, it took me about an hour. I've been using it for about a year and a half now with no problems.

@kenchan: It actually works pretty good in the snow, the blades don't collect as much snow/ice to smear. I also just pick my wiper blades up during storms too so it doesn't get in the way when it comes time to scraping.

I changed the wiper to vertical a while back using another DIY guide. I must say that it does help for me in the winter. Makes the snow just fall away.

It also gives you a unique look and usually a question or two from other Fit Freaks.
