Automatic transmission

I'm confused. I see on this forum mention of the Fit having a CVT transmission. I have an 08' Fit Sport in the USA. I don't think it has a CVT transmission. I read somewhere that the CVT is not used on Fit's sold in the US, rather only the 5 speed auto tran. is used. Can anyone clarify this.

If it is a CVT can ordinary Honda Z-1 ATF be used?

CVT is for regions outside of the US. We have the 5spd auto.

The 7 spd CVT is used in offshore cars but only on the Insight, which is Fit based, in the usa. The 5 speed hydramatic is used in USA Fit automatics.
PS they get rear discs, too which we have to exchange.
