wheel fitment question
it depends on how low u r and with what offset and what size the tires r
offset and tire size is CRITICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(also depends on how much mods r u willing to do if your set-up RUBS, ie. fender pulling/rolling)

of course the wheel will fit on the rim!!!
but i really hope u r joking
lets assume that he plans on putting these wheel/tires ON HIS FIT (this is a fit forum!!)
OFFSET AND LOWERING/CAMBER ETC IS CRITICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lets HELP members instead of giving theoretical lawyerese answer!!
(sure u CAN drink antifreeze, it is physically possible to do so BUT IT CAN KILL U (if that is something u care about))
sure a stock tire will fit on that rim but without knowing the offset it could mean the difference between no rubbing and having a show car that u CAN'T even drive 1 foot (a static display at SEMA for example) because the body work is hitting the tires

there could be BIG PROBLEMS (like ruining your tires/car and crashing and dying if the sheet metal were to cut the tires and have a blowout when traveling at high speed)
does it really matter if that couch fits perfectly in your living room but IT IS TOO BIG TO FIT THROUGH THE DOOR/WINDOW to get it in the living room in the first place!!!!!!!!!!
tires may fit the rim but the wheel/tire is useless (for driving) if they don't fit the car!!!!!!!!!

the OP only asked if the tires would fit the rim, not whether he'll rub. i think Will answered the question. no need for all the exclamation marks or dry sarcasm
i'm just taking a shot in the dark but at 4x100 15x6.5 the OP is either replacing OEM wheels for another set of OEM wheels: LS blades/mesh, '00 SI, fat-5's, etc. (+45 offset). or he/she is buying a dress up wheel like Rota/Drag/Konig/etc. who's 4x100 15x6.5 wheels are generally +45, +40, or +38 in offset.
if the OP were replacing his wheels with higher quality rims (ssr/work/etc.), i think it's safe to say that he/she wouldn't have asked the question in the first place as most people who shop for these wheels already know their way around wheel/tire specs
.... even still, i can't think of any 4x100 15x6.5 rim that has a lower offset than +32. in which case the OEM tires would still work with a small amount of stretch

because he is asking these types of questions, it show that he has little knowledge about the subject and he might have super low offset wheels that somebody sold him
by the way i am aszhole!!!
BUT I SPEAK THE TRUTH and i only attack people WHO SPREAD LIES (intentional or not!!)
do u think telling a fat person that they r skinny will help them because u want to "be nice"?
+32 WILL RUB IN AN UNMODIFIED (to make wheels fit) LOWERED FIT!!!
my advise is to help and if i'm wrong the only drawback is listening to my gripes
if u r wrong then u could be out a lot of cash AND MAYBE EVEN DIE and/or KILL other people!!!
u should be bashing people who gives incomplete/WRONG info (even if they r really nice and r popular) vs the rude bringer of truth!!!
at the end of the day do u want to take advise from a really nice but incompetent person or do u want sound advise form an azzhole!!!
remember cash/lives r at stake here!!!
delivery has nothing to do with content!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what kind of a dangerous moron takes shot in the dark?

i'd love to stick around and chat, but you're a total douche
I have 195/55R15 tires on 15x6.5 rims. The rims are +40 offset, and I had a little rubbing on the PLASTIC inside the rear wheelwells for a while, only when I would hit a bump. It's gone now, because the tires wore out the plastic nubs. You can see how they look on the front by clicking my name, then clicking "View Public Profile".
