I'm not near an owners manual at the moment, but it states here that the both GD3 Sports and Bases have ABS.

As others have noted, it appears to be a Franken-car. Walk away. You'll be much better off finding a car without all the question marks, IMESHO. Even if you have to spend a little more for it.
