Sport body "aero kit"

I want all the features on the sport, but please without the "aero kit" stuff. The car is much "cleaner" looking in my humble opinion without all the visual distraction. I am no longer a teenager (I bet most of your buyers will be older than you think) and I just can't see myself driving a "fast and furious" wanna be car no matter what its other qualities are!

I don't think the sport kit is going to as agressive as you think. Just wait and see, you will be presently surprised. BTW, most cars sold today with a sport option have the underbody spoilers as a standard feature.

=)

hey mharrigan... i sort of agree with you... i've seen photos of jazzes and fits with nice rims without all of the extra body stuff and they look a little better to me... actually the one body add-on that i'm really not into is the rear spoiler... i'm wondering how it attaches and if it's easily removable... i'd probably do that and just try selling it on ebay...
HöNK!

I've got to agree with you, mharrigan. I think the car looks so much cleaner without the body kit, yet I'd have to buy a sport in order to get the other options I want.

It would probably be a deal breaker for me if the lower body spoilers aren't removable. I like the Fit, but the Yaris looks good to me, too, and I can order a Toyota with much more freedom to pick and choose my own options.

I also want all the features of the sport, but without the aero kit. That kit should never have been included with the sport package, since it can always be added on later.

The car is nice to look at as is - adding the plastic bits just confuses a clean design.

I had someone reply on another string that the lower cladding is all double stick tape, but that the rear wing is bolted in place. This said I would love to see a picture of the attachment to see how ugly a scar (if any) its removal would leave!

I would also be interested - who wants to try it first?

Removing everything except the rear wing would be fine with me. I actually kind of like the wing. The lower stuff has to go, however, if I were to have a Fit.

2 reasons for taking off:
1. To see how it looks without a wing on a sport fit
2. Inevitably see how easy its going to be for kids to steal this piece and wear it as a belt or other useless crap

Results : Took less than 5 minutes to take off. Only noticeable marks are three white plastic thread lockers (pictured) outer two are less noticeable.

Not sure what I are looking at in the 1st picture, where are these three white spots? Thay do not look to line up with the to spots on the wing were it looks like the bolts are housed under the flaps at each end

three white spots are just open thread lockers for 3 studs that pop into them which are most noticeable when the wing is off. The outer 2 that bolt in have black mounts that are barely visible. Total - 5
