My daughter has a 2005 UK spec Jazz SE with A/C.

The A/C compressor kicks in & is working normally but the blue light in the A/C switch no longer illuminates. Am I right in assuming this will just be a blown bulb or is it something more sinister?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the switch to replace the bulb and what type of bulb it is?

On US spec Fits, the A/C switch is in the same housing that the radio occupies. If yours is similar you will have to remove or, at least, loosen the radio in order to access the switch. I suppose it might be possible to lower the glovebox an reach the switch in that manner.
