i was never one to buy a car from the owner only because you never know how he drove it.
the first thing you wanna do it get the VIN number and go to Carfax.com to make sure it is accident free. and if you know any reliable mechanic, bring it in BEFORE you buy it.
or find the nearest Honda dealer and explain to them that you wanna buy this car and have them do a COMPLETE inspection on everything: the engine, suspension, and i mean everything...
you don't wanna have to buy a car for $11,360 and then find out few months later that there are going to be thousands more in repairs
kinda late, and honestly carfax isn't crap cause if a crash doesn't go to the insurance it wont be on the carfax

I think you got a great deal! Enjoy. I just got a '07 that looks just like that (orange and everything) with 53K for 10,500 from a private owner. You will love it!

I am glad you like the car and it is in good shape with the certification from Honda for used cars. I personally will never buy a used car from a dealer because they are all crooks and you will never get a deal from a dealer like you will from an individual. I bought my fit from a one time owner used.

That's fair, from what I've seen (I guess ). It's still too pricey for the mileage, IMO.
