Grade Logic in 2008 Honda Fit?

i have a 2008 Honda Fit Sport with the Automatic transmission...does it use Honda's "Grade Logic" to prevent hunting between gears when going uphill and uses engine braking downhill?
also when i use the cruise control and i am going up a bridge or drive over the interstate on a small incline, the cruise control doesn't keep the RPM's constant, when going uphill, it shifts to a lower gear and the RPM's go from about 2000 rpm's to about 3000 rpm's...is that normal?

at low rpms the car has like no power. it's entirely normal for the AT to downshift/unlock the torque converter when you're going up an incline. yes it has "grade logic".

^ yeah, I couldn't imagine the Fit willingly going up hill at 2,000RPM.
