Have a new JDM muffler com'n 6.5lbs s.s. dual angled tips, now to find a shop that can install to look OEM. I don't even think the 15hp is real but the weight and over all look is what I like. I saw and heard one today on a GTI and it had a nice mellow sound a little rumble on lite acceleration . If ya kno me you kno they'll be pix when it's done. lol.

JDM > HONDA T304 DUAL MUFFLER EXHAUST > 15 ADDED HP!

Looks mean Big Mike! Watch out for those smoke stacks on your paint job. Seen a few of them (looks the same) on a Beemer and Nissans 'round my area. Yeah, sound clips!

Nice! Where'd you snap that pic?

But I need to but a new clutch setup for the new Eclipse before I put it all back together. Looking like I may need to go to a Tilton Carbon-Carbon Twin Disc to handle the torque the new setup will put out.

In Fit news: Things are coming together. I am going to be putting my single turbo GD parts up for sale in addition to my Laser which is pending (again ) to fund the compound setup.

I am going to be using a twinscroll 12cm2 T3 flange Holset HX35 as the low pressure turbo, and the 6cm2 TD05H MHI 14B as the high pressure turbo.

The two turbo manifold is going to be the most intricate bit, followed by the fuel system. I will be using a two stage three nozzle water/meth system with a traditional IC core after the HP turbo due to size constraints in the Fit's engine bay.

Then I have to buy and wire up an AEM EMS-2 full standalone because the FIC just won't cut it for what I need at this point..

Anyone want GD turbo parts for cheap? PM me! I ship within 48hrs of payment!

I'm betting that DSM is originally researching a flying fit... But when he realizes that the wings won't pass street legal requirements, he opt to use the flying fit motor design for a track car instead...

LOL the compound setup is already pretty common place in the diesel world. There are a handful of DSMers who have already gone this route with stellar results. A few 2.3L Fords and there is now a 2JZ Supra Compund Turbo Kit from Boost Logic.

I am not exactly breaking any new ground, outside of stuffing it in a Fit.

Which as it turns out won't be soo bad. With the stock Air box gone and the battery relocated there is plenty of room for the HX35 (the big or LP turbo) and the 14B (Small or HP turbo) already fits on the back of the block.

The biggest pains will be:
A.) Wiring in the AEM EMS-2 while keeping all of the stock dash/console functions

B.) Modifying the stock pump hanger/fuel level sending unit assembly for the 340lph pump and -6AN feed/return lines. Changing from a returnless to a return style won't be tough. Just tee off to an AFPR from the stock fuel rail and run the line over to the pump hanger

C.) Keeping the exterior as stock looking as possible, excepting the big ass front mount intercooler which will be anodized black.

D.) Fabbing the exhaust from the head back with a 3"-3.5" cut-out in the mix to retain the stock exhaust when putting around town with the cut-out closed. Easily a third of the cost will be eaten up right there...

This is going to cost a bit more than twice as much as my original single turbo set up cost, which in the big scheme of things isn't so bad. So far I am looking at $2600-$2800 plus a few odds and ends along the way.

I already have the majority of what I need to do this. This would be easier and simpler if there was a convenient source of E85 for me here as I wouldn't need all the meth nozzles.

Brand new T25 flange tubular manifold - $225
Brand new GT25 with 5 bolt .48A/R Turbine - $325
Brand new 5 bolt down pipe with three bungs for factory sensors and a Wideband - $175
Brand new metal gaskets - $40
Brand new SS oil feed and Samco return lines with flanges and fittings - $120
AEM FIC - $290
Boom Slang Harness - $180
Total - $1355

Final price is flexible depending on whatever other go fast parts you take with.

All unused because they didn't work with the turbo I was going to install.
Here they are mocked up:

I have 2 intercoolers for you to choose from
[url=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/59/big20v20small20ics.jpg/]

As well as a meth controller and reservoir.

You just need injectors, cat back a Wideband, IC piping and a bov.

The injectors and wideband you can get from a bunch of places you should be able to get some 310cc/min RC injectors from KW or off the web for ~$150 and the wideband goes for $180-220 depending on brand/model. PLX, Zeitronix and AEM are all reputable.

Cat-back exhausts go cheap here all the time, or just have one made by your local mexico muffler shop.

The IC piping and BOV I recommend getting from siliconeintakes.com and I will PM you the DSM 10% discount code if you take me up on this You should be able to do your piping/BOV for ~$300 or less.

Do you actually have an exhaust or is this just replacing the stock muffler? If you don't have an actual exhaust with a bigger more free flowing pipe this muffler isn't going to add any power. I hope you didn't spend to much on that since it is little more than a noise maker. I hope you like it just from a performance standpoint it is a 0 gain.

Zooooom! Zooooom! Swiiisssshhh! Swiiissshhh! Those are the sounds of your posts passing by my ears and over my head. Appreciate the details though. I'm just a car guy who learned to change oil from Hogwylde and Wanderer (no slam, just a joke guys). Used to be a "translator" in my previous life - from design and concept jargon to customer support and "commoner" lingo. So from that aspect, I understand. I just know its going to be awesome by the time you're done... or a heap of spare parts (joke)... Just leave a contrail when you pass by so I know its you DSM. Thanks!

Thanks! Getting out of my driveway is difficult enough in ideal weather. With snow on the ground it becomes a miserable exercise, as you can imagine.
