factory repair mannual, and a new front sport spoiler (TW) today. don't ya just love the internet

 

Mostly maintenance stuff for today.





- Royal Purple 5W-30 full-synthetic oil
- Royal Purple Synchromax MTF
- NGK BKR6E-11 spark plugs x 8
- Prestone DOT3 brake fluid for my clutch

This is the first time I'm trying Synchromax; I've used only Honda MTF previously.

Also, surprisingly, my old plugs were Denso K16PR-U11s, not the K20s recommended by Honda for the L-series engine.

 

It still trips me out to see that the i-DSI engine runs 2x more spark plugs than cylinders.

with the R.P.and plugs there should be a up in performance and milage.

went over to ORLY's (o reilly's) to get some fuses.

 

Washed it today. Just finished 10 minutes ago and its still 90 degrees outside. Teh hell...

 

found two nice scratches on the rear pass. door.

 

Through the Paint?? ^^

 

no but decent enough. i probably could buff them out but its gonna have to wait til i can actually walk.

 

took the car to the beach! and on the way home, White Civic SI hatch pulled up revvin his engine.

anddd of course I lost, but he was chill. lol Just u wait til i get a K20! :P

 

Nice J's lip i need to get mine as well that will be my next mod. I just need to save a little bit more

 

Got the estimate from the insurance 1890+ some change. She goes in to get fixed in another week. I'm going to see if the body shop will paint the center of my CF hood VPB for a reasonable sum of money....

 

Went to the paint store in town and picked up 2 gallons of paint for the garage. (I posted last weekend that I spent the day power washing it.) I placed the paint behind the passger seat and went to the grocery and home. Well the paint fell and leaked..... I am a FiT Freak about my Fit, but the calm of the Lord came over me and I said if this is a test I hope I pass and please give me some insight on how to clean this Mess up. So I got the shopvac, dawn, 5 gallon bucket... and then the rain comes.
Life is good and I'll start on the garage soon.

 

Washed her tonight. About to go down to tampa for 3 days on vaction with the GF.

 

Rain-X'ed the windshield and hatch's glass.

 

Didn't even drive it today......unusual.
