not into skulls but ebay, if you're careful, would offer the most options.

try Jc Whitney. they have those pilot knobs with skulls. I think they are universal and you have to be careful installing them. But it would be different. im expecting my blox neo shifter soon.

 

not into the skulls myself, but I did see one at canadiantire. (i'm in vancouver, canada)

but I just got a weighted shift knob and it feels so much better. I got a blox 490g limited series one and it's amazing. Got mine local from a shop but they do ship i think.
