Not many people from what I've seen here have the i-DSI engine since the forum consists of mostly North American (US and Canada) which only get their Fit/Jazz with the VTEC L-series. There are some members with i-DSI engines here though but for every 1 i-DSI member there are like 2 or maybe 3 VTEC members.
Never the less, is your car showing any check engine codes or is the engine light flashing during engine misfire/hesitation?
Does this happen at a specific engine RPM or throughout the engine's RPM range? Also, what kind of fuel are you using (brand and octane/RON/MON rating)?
From what I've read, the i-DSI is an 8 spark plug engine and only uses 4 when the engine is not under a heavy load. Since you've already tested half the plugs on the engine (and assuming that all 8 plugs are the same length), label them and swap them over to the opposite side for the untested plugs. Test again and see if there is any difference.

no engine light flushing, using shell vpower and techron unleded from different garages.car never been service by honda dealer after
70k and now is 100k.i read some where that most after mark machanics dont know
that car has 8 plugs. they may be only changed front ones.
car only hesitate when back ones are connected..........
and in low rav after proceding from a robot or stop sign.not on high way with high speed.
