Trailer wiring hook-up

I'm installing an eTrailer trailer wiring on a '07 Fit. To route cables from left rear turn signal
To right, it looks like I need to remove a bunch of plastic in the cargo area?

Yep, you have to remove the plastic cover that goes across the back of the cargo bay.
