To get the look you're after, you might want to consider 16x8 +20, as opposed to 16x7.5

That's the size I'm running with 195/45R16.

Its not an opinion. Why do you suppose tire manufacturers have recommended rim width ranges for their tires?
There have been incidents on track where tires deflated because the tire was mounted on rim widths too wide. Tire pressure seals between the inside flange wall and the side of the bead. Stressing that contact zrea is not recommended for safety. Treading on thin ice doesn't mean you are going to fall in but it sure increases your risk..

But I'm not tracking it tho. Its all for looks.

As far as the 16x8, thats what I really wanted but it's not a size available. I was just thinking on maybe adding a spacer. Will that work. Cause it's either 7.5 or 9...

Just remember, if you want to avoid bodywork subtract the thickness of the spacer from the wheel offset. For example, if the new wheel has an offset of 45 mm and the spacer is 1/4" (6 mm) so the combined offset is now 39 mm, which will surely require fenderwork.
PS the 7.5" rim width will do just fine, especially if your wheel is 45 mm offset.
PPS if your new wheel is 52 mm offset the new offset with 1/4" spacer is 46 mm. Thats good too.

If this is your car, did you roll or pull your fenders with these? I am actually looking at getting the xxr 530 which are 16x8 or the ones on your fit.
