Creaking clutch

Creaking clutch
I noticed the other day as I was moving through a drive-thru line that every time I let the clutch out, it made a terrible squeaking sound. After I got it home I had my wife work the clutch while I listened, and it's definitely coming from the clutch housing.
After exploding the clutch in my old Integra GSR in the middle of rush hour traffic, I'm not keen to replicate the experience. I also don't wanna pay diagnostic fees for something that's not a problem. I don't notice any slippage, but then again we don't exactly have a whole lot of power that would make that very noticeable.
Any thoughts?

Apparently, this is a Honda fault. I have a UK model and it's a common thing amongst those who drive Fits here too. I can only suggest lubricating spray, which seems to do the job well. Plus, you can't even hear it if you're listening to the stereo. I must admit, I did almost have a heart attack when I drove my beloved Fit away for the first time.

The problem is that Chairman Kaga is saying the noise is definitely from the clutch housing. The squeaks that most people talk about are those from the linkage, and particularly from the linkage inside the cabin, as they are easier to hear. My suggestion is to lubricate the linkage, heavily, around the bell housing to see if you can make the sound change. If you can, then you're on the right track and can lubricate occasionally to avoid the problem.
