Got OBD scan tool
Now that I have this Fit ('07 sport) and it seems to have the coil pack issue on a random basis. I poked about this and other sites and, being cheap I got: Autel MaxiScan MS300 CAN Diagnostic Scan Tool for OBDII Vehicles
through Amazon. It arrived in 3 days which is great and was able to plug it in and verify that in fact there are not codes being thrown in the vehicle after a 150 mile drive over the weekend.
It may be a cheapie tool ($25 incl shipping to my door) but it seems to work and is pretty obvious and easy to use. From taking out of the ridiculous packaging to putting it away after scanning was maybe 10 min. Easy peazy lemon squeezy.
Yeah, there are tools out there that will do more, but they cost much more and being on a budget, I just need something that'll get the job done.
