KBB rates it around $4300 for great condition and $4800 for excellent..but considering the car that high miles, i would assume it'd only be in great condition. Car is all stock. Fits have notoriously thin paint, so you'll want to look out for rust spots or paint chips, especially at the door sills.
There's a thread floating around about water leakage at the doors into the rear passenger footwell, too. A few of us did some investigating and found that the vapor seal inside the doors failed over time. It affects a number of our cars, but my impression is it's not a widespread problem, at least judging from the buzz on this forum.
You'll also want to make sure the rear suspension is still aligned because you simply can't adjust it via wheel alignment. All it is, is an H-shaped torsion beam dead axle. If it's bent out of shape and misaligned, you'll have to replace the whole thing.
Apart from that...I think that's it, really. Good luck!

As previously stated, get a Carfax or similar. There's one out there that costs $1 per report. Ask if you can do a compression check. Pull out the blue fuel relay under driver's side dashboard, pull out the spark plugs, run the compression test. Spec is 142 psi min with 28 psi max deviation between cylinders.

awesome. so ran a car fax, and car seems to have been serviced regularly. 3 owners.
first owner was a loan/lien from 0miles - 25,723miles.
second owner were the parents. they had it from 25,723 - 135,000
third owner was the son. he had it from 135,000 - 156,xxx (current)
but the car fax, however, shows this:
12/29/2011 135,000 Illinois
Motor Vehicle Dept.
Farmer City, IL
Title #X1363693155 New owner reported
EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS TITLE ISSUED
Vehicle color noted as Black
CARFAX Advisor™
An EML title is issued when the owner discloses an odometer rollover to a DMV. Rollovers occur on vehicles with 5-digit odometers that go from 99,999 to 00,000 every 100,000 miles.
Mileage reported after this reading is potentially unreliable.
06/25/2012 Illinois
Motor Vehicle Dept.
Farmer City, IL Registration issued or renewed

that note doesn't make particular sense-all new cars have 6-digits.
My guess is when they filled out the transfer forms they just checked the wrong box, or filled in a section they didn't need to.
I wouldn't worry about the carfax report, but I wouldn't put much faith into them either. There are many examples of potential car problems that carfax has no way of knowing about.
