Car shakes when turned on 1st thing in the am.

This has been going on intermittently for a few months. I have an 07 sport with 95k miles. The issue has gotten increasingly worse over the last 6 weeks.

When I turn it on in the morning and either put it in R or D, the whole car starts shaking and when I start to push the gas pedal it's like an empty second where nothing happens. It's like it has a hard time getting into gear. Once I get going, it's fine for the rest of the day.

The last couple days there's been a loud screeching noise as soon as I turn the keys in the ignition. Could it be that a belt is slipping and needs to be replaced?

I've seen lots of threads about coils - does this sound familiar? Or would this be a transmission issue? I'm taking it into a Honda dealer tomorrow and want to educate myself before they gouge me for 6 hours of diagnosis labor.

Yeah, just had the transmission fluid exchanged within the last 25k miles. It wasn't that long ago. I drive 30k miles per year.
