Problem solved. With my help from another Fit/Jazz owner, I was able to reset the remote key manually without having send in my car to honda service center.

Ok, first, I do not know whether all Fit/Jazz have the same type of remote key. I have 2 buttons remote key (refer attached pic. Borrowed from other people). I saw several countries have 3 buttons (maybe panic button). Ok, the steps are easy.

First, press both buttons (the big & small button) at the same time. At this moment, the red light will keep blinking and do not release it yet. Once the red light is gone, release the buttons. Next, the red light will remain appear and it does not blinking anymore. Then, press the big button and your car will respond to the remote key immediately. If you have a spare key, just repeat the similar steps above.

Good luck mate. I never experience this problem before on my GE, Civic and Fit Aria/City. It was my first time last Saturday.
