weapon r ss on a 1.3 idsi
weapon r ss on a 1.3 idsi
as the title states, what do you reckon? the header and down pipe combo on a 1.3L idsi engine. Will most likely be dropping on a weapon r manifold with an s90 to. keeping it all NA, for now.

I think this is the same as your other posts...
No one here will have much solid data for you, mostly because the 1.3 and IDSI was not offered in the US or CA...
If you want to be a trailblazer, GO for it!
Again though, I'm going to tell you that your best bet for improving power is getting a solid engine management/tuning system. Depends on your local laws (and wallet) how far you want to go with it, piggy back or full stand alone. Make friends with a local tuning shop that has a dyno, get a base line taken BEFORE ANY MODS, and then work up one piece at a time from there.
If you just bolt a bunch of off the shelf parts onto your Fit, 1 it will be expensive and 2 you will be sorely disappointed.
For example, here is a 1.5 VTEC engine that they tested an intake, crank pulley and exhaust on: Honda Fit Power Pages - Import Tuner Magazine
For $1046.44 USD they improved 10hp and 8tq over the baseline. This is also not a permanent gain as the ECU will detune after a full driving cycle. that is $100+ per gained HP... And this is on a 1.5 VTEC motor.
I really would like to see you get a built 1.3 up and running with a bunch of supporting mods. Just try to manage your expectations...
Have you considered a 1.5 swap? That's also something no one on these boards has actively pursued or documented... If you went with a USDM ECU you could then have access to a Hondata Flashpro and your engine tuning selection would become a no brainer!!!
