Yep, that's the cat heat shield. I'd go ahead and remove it before it falls off and damages either your car or someone else's.

Thank you!

I was tempted to use a coat hanger for old times' sake... but, a couple of 5 inch hose clamps are around it now. We'll see if it holds up.
