Question Question about Dashboard Lights

On my 2007 Fit, a few of the dashboard lights have stopped working.

Specifically, when I turn on the headlights, the following knobs/buttons are not illuminated, so I can't see them in the dark:
  • Fresh Air/Recirculation Lever
  • Air Conditioning Button
  • Temperature Control Dial
  • Fan Control Dial
  • Mode Control Dial

Or, here is a picture of the lights that are out. (Broken lights are circled in red.)

I took the car to the dealership and they quoted me $190 to fix it. The dealership said the lightbulbs were burned out, and they also said some kind of switch needed to be replaced (I didn't fully understand what they were talking about).

So, here are my questions:

Is $190 a reasonable price for this repair? If not, would an independent shop be able to do it cheaper than the dealership?

Alternatively, is this a repair that I could do myself relatively easily? (I am comfortable with electronics; for example, I have installed car stereos before, although not in the Fit.)

If so, where can I find the part numbers for these light bulbs? And does anyone have any tips for the job, like instructions to remove the panel(s) from the dash?

Thanks!

Bulbs are there. It's actually really easy to do. I think there is a write up on a stereo install in here somewhere, it'll be the same process.

This will help. Just read the first couple of pages.
I'm not sure what switch they would need to replace but I'm not really looking too much into it. Check the fuses maybe?

Did they all stop working at the same time, or did they slowly burn out one by one?

My experience is that when a mechanic tells you that multiple things have to be replaced to solve the same problem he's just throwing solutions around figuring one of them will work.

Where are the fuses located and/or how do I check them?

I think they all went out at the same time, but I'm not 100% sure.
