Leaking from gearbox

I have replaced my driveshaft oil seal twice. However, the leakage continue to happen. Can someone tell me what is going wrong with my car? What are other parts need to be inspected?

Did the leaking stop when you replaced the driveshaft seal? or was it still leaking right afterwards?

What is the factory procedure for replacing the oil seal? Does it involve setting the seal at a specified depth? Is a special tool recommended in order to properly position the seal?

(Just making you think about things based on my experiences with other (non-Honda) cars. )
