I thought ezone will challenge your question
You need to make a test light (3.4 watt bulb, NOT Led) with 2 wires soldered to the needle type probes (paper clip wire will work)

unplug the window switch
plug the light probes (from the back side, aka backprobe) into the connector that goes to the switch, #2 and 4 (blue/org & Brn/yell)
operate master switch
light is out-- check the wires between master switch and door switch
light is up but not down (or down but not up) -- master switch must be checked
with ignition POWER OFF and master switch in neutral there should be continuity between #2 and #4 cavities of the connector

Same problem as you kravik. Happened shortly after Honda replaced the switch under the recall. I've tested with a new master switch and it is still the same. Passenger rear will only go down, not back up. Driver side rear won't do either. Motor bench tested ok and fuses ok. Is the picture of broken wire above taken from driverside front door wire cluster ?
Thanks, been very frustrating trying to pin this down

With broken wire the window won't go ether way. Do you still have an old switch? If so plug it in and re-check.
You also should go back to the dealer and have them re-check their work (easier said than done!)

I managed to get the dealer to order in a new master switch as I was pretty sure this was the problem. Unfortunately, the results were the same. I'll have to wait till kids go back to school to rip the driverside door panel off and inspect all the wiring. Still the same - passenger rear will only go down, driver side rear will not go either direction. Front windows working properly.

3) try the switch
if lamp works in both directions the problem most likely the motor.
if lamp does not work at all go to step 6
4) if lamp works only in one direction, disconnect the passenger window switch
on the connector jump blu/red to red/blu wires ( 2 to 1) and blue/wht to red (4 to 5)
using paper clip or equivalent;
Operate master switch; if light works on both directions, replace door switch
5) if lamp works in one direction only, replace master switch
6) if lamp does not work at all, connect the lamp (backprobe method) to blue/red and blue/white wires (1 and 3) at the master switch (with switch connected)
operate the switch; if lamp works on both directions, troubleshoot wires between switches (using continuity tester); each wire end to end
if lamp still is not working at all, replace master switch
each window motor has built-in film resistor/breaker which can cause intermittent operation if mechanical restriction or damage to the regulator is present

My problem is i have my honda fit new shape , the passenger window its only working when opening it but when close it its not functioning ,down its ok bt up its the problem what colud be the problem

Probably in the switch. A lot of times you can disassemble them and clean the contacts.
