Required Services?

Required Services?
I've "inherited" my parents' 2007 Fit Sport auto. It has the unusual condition of having less than 10k on the odometer. In piecing together the service history of the car, I am happy to note that most of the fluids have been changed on a regular basis.
SF Honda has tried to pitch a spark plug and valve adjustment for $900. I do not think the car is ready for this, nor do I know at which interval such a service should be done. A valve clearance inspection might be due.
What are your thoughts on the valve adjustment or any other necessary services that I might need to keep the car up to date on its maintenance?
Thanks.

At ONLY 10k miles? No way. Plugs and valve adjustments do not wear or change based on time.
Read your owners manual!!!
Or look here: Maintenance Minder | Maintenance Schedule | Honda Owners Site
Plugs get replaced at 100k or when the maintenance minder shows the appropriate service number (#4).
It might behoove you to put a wrench on the spark plugs just to make sure they are correctly torqued.
Valve adjustments....not really specific, maybe if there are no running issues that could be valve related then you might check clearances at 100k. The service guide says to check if they are noisy, but...Hondas valves sometimes get tight and tight valves don't make noise. Many cars will never ever have them checked and be just fine, others might actually need it. Seems to be hit or miss.
Engine oil, annually if you don't put enough miles on it to reach a mileage interval
Brake fluid replacement every 3 years
Coolant replacement--first is at 10 years (or minder #5), then every 5 years thereafter --using Hondas Type 2 coolant.
Trans fluid drain and fill---at my dealership we still recommend every 30k---using Hondas ATF DW-1 fluid only.
Check tires for dry rot/weather cracking

yah da only thing u need are new fluids (which u already have). dont listen to the dealer dey will try to sell u all sorts of crap u dont need.
and chances are, dey wont even touch the engine with such a low mileage and just charge u.
