Name of exhaust: HKS Hi-Power axle-back exhaust system
Cost: $325.00
Year/Model/Motor: 2009/Fit Sport/L15A7
Intake/Catalytic Converter Setup: K&N 69 Series Typhoon air intake kit / OEM catalytic converter
Your Impression: Being a fan of the HKS Hi-Power and the company itself, I didn't have a hard time coming to decision when it came down to ordering an axle-back system for my GE8. I knew I wanted something not too quiet or loud, something just right. I also wanted something that would look good too. The HKS Hi-Power answered all of my requests. And once I received it and installed it, it didn't disappoint. I love everything about it. It sounds great, looks sexy, and even provides some extra horsepower. I get a smile on my face every time I turn on the ignition.
Pros:
- Inexpensive
- Great quality
- Looks good
- Sounds amazing
Cons:
- Loss of some low-end torque
Overall Rating: 5

A'PEXi N1 Evolution
Name of exhaust:
A'PEXi N1 Evolution Axle Back for the GE8
Cost:
Paid $299, MSRP $469
Year/Model/Motor:
2010 / Honda FIT Sport / L15A7
Intake/Catalytic Converter Setup:
DIY Short Ram Intake / OEM catalytic converter
(Video taken with stock intake)
Your Impression:
I really like this exhaust! I was on the fence for awhile trying to decide which exhaust to purchase (HKS Hi-Power, GREDDY SE, Tanabe Touring Concept G) and this deal came across my way and I couldnt resist. I am glad that I did it, as the sound is very smooth and does not sound as "buzzy" as other exhausts in the higher RPM's. Definitely a great choice!
Pros:
Deep growl at low RPM's and Idle is very subtle. The size of the tip is just right and looks great from the rear. Does not drone or get too buzzy at higher RPM's so its tolerable on the highway. Sounds great with aftermarket intakes.
Cons:
The only con I can really think of is a very very slight loss of torque on the low end.
Overall Rating: (1-5) 1=sucks ass 5=FTMFW!
I would rate this exhaust a 5

Name of exhaust: J's Racing 50RS complete Ti front-pipe to canister (3 pieces)
Cost: $2100 (because of the $uck/¥)
Year/Model/Motor: 2010 / GE8 RS / L15A (no numbers used in Japan)
Intake/Catalytic Converter Setup: Top Fuel / stock upper and J's downpipe
Your Impression: No complaints really, the Fit sounds quite mean, but really the sound exceeds the speed of the car.
Pros: Lightweight, all 3 pieces shaved 19lbs from stock. Somewhat hidden canister as it sits back and turned down tip
Cons: Expensive. Without the J's reflash, loss of low-end a bit, but nice feel above 3500 (not a con really as I have J's reflash)
Overall Rating: (1-5) 1=sucks ass 5=FTMFW!: 4.5, doesn't get a 5 only because this exhaust cost more than the J's70RS dual I had on the Snisen and more than the Amuse R1 Titan I had on the 5R Teggy.
Pictures (Optional):
Don't have any really decent pics of it installed.
Videos (Optional):
Will get some up in near future.

Name of exhaust: 5Zigen ProRacer ZZ
Cost: Php 30,000.00 / $690.00
Year/Model/Motor: 2009 / GE8 / L15
Intake/Catalytic Converter Setup: K&N Typhoon Kit / Stock
Your Impression:
Pros: If you wanted a quiet exhaust, this would be perfect since at idle, it's really quiet but once you step on the throttle, that's when you'll hear it
Cons: Buzzing sound at high speed at around 4500, the noise is irritating for me compared to my new muffler, and them being both chambered, I'd go hands down with my new muffler
Overall Rating: 3.5

Name of exhaust: GReddy Spectrum Elite
Cost: Php 31,000.00 / $720.00
Year/Model/Motor: 2009 / GE8 / L15
Intake/Catalytic Converter Setup: K&N Typhoon Kit / Stock
Your Impression:
Pros: Deep sound while idle and low RPM, just like how I want it. Didn't have the buzzing sound just like with the 5Zigen
Cons: Nothing I can think of since I just had the exhaust installed for 3 days
Overall Rating: 5
