d series supercharger?

d series supercharger?
I have been wanting to supercharge my fit for quite a while now. Unfortunately i dont have 3k laying around for the sprintex kit. Just a shot in the dark here, but if im correct i believe d series honda motors spin counter clockwise, and ours spins clockwise. I have a good friend with a jackson racing supercharger off of his old civic. With a little flip and a custom intake manifold, this seems like it could be at least a good charger unit to start with. Just curious to hear any input. and yes i do understand there is much more to forced induction which of course i could acquire over time. just curious as to whether this seems plausible. thanks

of course it would be a bit more difficult than just a little flip. but what i am getting at by that, is since the supercharger off of a d series sits at the back of the motor and needs to spin counter clockwise, if you flipped it over facing the other direction it would need to be spinning clockwise right? its a difficult thing to describe in words but we have been holding it up in my engine bay for a few days now trying to figure it out and i think it just may work.
