T1R response header gaskets

For the people in usa that have a 2010 honda fit that ordered a header: did you need to order a different gasket for it to seal properly? AJR said that it is bolt on and can ultilize the stock oem gasket but there is 1.5 mm of freeplay all around. When I put it on the CEL came on after about 25 miles of driving. Pretty sure I have a leak..

Yes the header uses the muffler/b-pipe size gasket. Will not work with stock secondary converter. The t1r header and secondary cat delete pipe both use a smaller gasket then stock. I had same issue.

This is how the gasket fit on mine. I posted some info on the original thread for it, but I think the thread has been deleted since.

For the record I have never thrown a CEL with the header and no non-fouler. I think everyone else hasn't installed the sensor correctly.

Hi,
I need confirmation,
I plan to use the T1R Header with the STOCK Secondary Converter.
is it possible if I use the muffler/b-pipe gasket for this configuration?

or is the T1R Header simply NOT compatible with the STOCK Secondary Converter at all ?

Because I read on sprintex thread that one member here manage to use
the T1R Header with STOCK Secondary Converter...
