Do you plan to have a fuel pressure gauge?
I am really curious to see the fuel pressure when using Evo 10 stock fuel pump...
I was looking online and the fuel module has its own pressure regulator to control the flow it's weird so I don't think I'm going to get a fuel pressure regulator

Yes,
That is the problem, the fuel pressure regulator inside the stock fuel pump assy (module) is limited in it's capability to regulate pressure at higher flow.
I am currently ordering a Tools to open the fuel pump assy and also order some seals and Honda Accord fuel pressure regulator that should fit inside our car module/assy, after that arrive, I will install my Denso fuel pump. I already had a fuel pressure gauge so I can see the stock fuel pressure...
If I had a much higher (far above 54psia) after I install my Denso fuel pump,
than I will install a fuel pressure regulator that require return line and modified the module/assy...

Any high flow system will benefit from doing a fuel return line, otherwise the pump is dead heading full pressure against the regulator and usually cavitating the fuel.. I've fixed multiple road race cars with drivability issues on hot days by adding a return if they didn't have one, even with a carb. It also prevents vapor lock..

Dot know your whole plan,, but,, When I do the drain back line I use AN10 line, the turbo foams the hell out of the oil, give it a big line and the seals on the turbo will last way longer.
The foam backing up the line at high power is what pushes oil past the seals.

On a big turbo I use AN12. (Pull trucks. .)

What's the size of that intercooler? I've been scheming a turbo setup, and have been researching how compact an intercooler to get - been looking at some Saab units, but I'd prefer a small front-mount like this.

Looks awesome so far man, glad to see someone doing this! Have you had any issues with blocking off the EGR valve? I'm assuming there's an option in he ktuner software to disable it or something. I've yet to get my car tuned haha

Congratulations,
Please give a review on how it's drive, any turbo lag, power delivery, low to midrange feel and top end feel?
and do you happened to have an Air to Fuel Ratio gauge connected?
if yes, may I know the average AFR that you have?

so there is no welding or bending needed for this kit? and everything just bolt it perfectly?
any modification needed?
Thanks
