How do you remove the plastic cover to the ECU?

It pretty much clips onto the ECU like a cap.
It's just hard remembering where the tab that clips on is.
The few times I wanted to take off the ECU, I usually end up removing the bracket along with the ECU from the car to look at it (two bolts, one below the ECU, and one slightly away from the ECU). Then it's more obvious where the cover clips on.
