Or thought about putting the red H emblem on the hood like the old EK Civic Type R? In my mind it would have to be a smaller one than the one that fits our grille as to not look awkward or out of place. Is there a grille available for our cars that is similar to the one in the picture?

 

Are you taking about just swapping out the current emblems with jdm red badges? If soya lots of people have done it...personally I'd love a set of yellow that fit my gk but haven't found any so far

 

Oh no, what I'm talking about is actually putting the emblem on the hood near the edge instead of on the grill with a smaller sized one than the one that fits the grill. I've also looked at grills that would most resemble the Civic Type R's and the only one I found that's similar is the Garage Vary one.

I suppose it could be done, but you would still the badge on the grille unless you switched to a Mugen one.
