GE AT Sport Variable Wiper Mod

GE AT Sport Variable Wiper Mod
From what I've read....the fuse block is missing the pin for adding variable speed wipers on the AT Sport models. I checked ours and it is missing. Has anyone swapped the entire fuse block using the fuse block from a Insight? I was going to start checking wiring diagrams to see if it would work but swapping the fuse block seems to be the only option here...if it works.

First look at the schematics shows there's no way the insight under-dash fuse block will work....I'll see what else I can find. I'm wondering if a manual Fit fuse block will work or can be made to work in the auto.

I've been looking at wiring schematics for various Honda's...I work at a dealership which makes it easy...nevertheless, I can not find specifics of the inside wiring/workings of the MICU for the intermittent feature. I'm not sure if there is a relay in there or exactly what the MICU has to do with the one wire needing added to make the variable feature work. My current thinking is that maybe obtaining a "stand alone" MICU from a Fit or Insight could be used for only the wiper circuit. Basically, using the stand alone MICU to control the variable feature or the entire wiper circuit for that matter...hoping would just need to run a ground and power to the MICU to power it and the rest of the wiper operations can be used on that MICU.
