Aftermarket 09 Sport Armrest?

Not about to pay the dealer about $200 bucks for their Armrest, so I did some extensive research on Ebay, and the best I can do is $24.50 w/free freight for the aftermarket, sliding top one. I know it's coming from China, but I can wait the 3 weeks. I do have a question for those that have this aftermarket armrest, do I have to remove the stock armrest? If so, is there anything to cover up the hole, or just use my imagination.

for $20 (only that high because I have to go super out of my way to the post office), I'll ship you the Honda cover. I bought the Honda center console and it came with the arm rest cover, but I didn't have an arm rest on my car!

You're not being a jerk.

I can go buy a padded envelope for this - $3
Go to the post office and ship this on their automated machine (so I don't have to wait 30 min-1 hour in line, and yes, the lines are that long in NYC) via priority. - $6
The time to do this, and paying for metered parking while I do this so I don't get a ticket - $3.
Or, he can go to the hardware store, buy the $3 supplies and spend an hour doing it.

It's not like I'm desperate for $20. If anyone wants it, send me a pm. It can also sit in my toolbox like it has for the last year. NBD.

I bought the OEM rest for $180 some years ago. Quite satisfied with it, except the leather...isn't. It's some kind of vinyl covered fabric.

This is the one I bought...https://www.cheaperhondaparts.com/oe...BlZWQtbWFudWFs

Sturdy enough to support most of my weight when pushing on it to raise my body. Sliding top that leaves your hand right above the shifter and with storage. Very easy to install.
