60k service cost??
Jazu does that include valve clearance check and adjustment? If the dealers strategy at 60k miles is thoughts and prayers, just hope it runs good until you sell the car, regarding the valves, then its not a great deal.
I haven't checked out quotes on the valve adjustment but my expectation is many hundreds of dollars just to do that

Bernadi Honda tech told me by phone that they do valve adjustment typically around the 105k mile mark. The Fit exhaust valves tighten up a bit so maybe not a bad idea to have values adjusted before 105k miles but you can search the posts here to make your own decision.
I would assume 60k service typically does not include the valve adjustment but worth checking at your shop.
Our 60k service at Bernadi Honda was over $1,400, including auto transmission fluid change, radiator fluid change, brake fluid change, engine oil change, air filter change, 2 rear shock absorbers. No valve adjustment. Fortunately, prior owner paid for that service just before selling car to us : )
